Irelands’ Paul O'Shea and Wizz win the $30,000 Grand Prix of Princeton

grandprixwinner1092913Ireland's Paul O'Shea and Wizz took home the $30,000 Grand Prix of Princeton the past weekend. The Grand Prix counted 38 riders, and in the end twelve clear rounds were produced which made for an exciting jump-off. Laura Chapot and Zealous finish second, Sarah Segal and Ubris were third. Wizz, a 10 year old gelding by Now or Never owned by O’Shea and Daniel Walsh, was also placed 5th in the Welcome Steak earlier in the week. It’s the fifth Grand Prix win this summer for the Irish rider who also took wins in Wellington, Lake Placid, Silver Oak and Fieldstone. Read more from the show here ©WoSJ.com
