With the Dutch and Belgian riders in pursuit it was Jamie Wingrove who just won the 1.45m ranking class at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour. The biggest scare came from Dutch rider Robert Vos and the fast Cardento-son Carat. The pair were really the hunt for the time that Wingrove had set. But in the end it was the Brit who prevailed with Bart VI (by Lord Z). Wingrove had put a time of 66.46 seconds on the clock and Vos finished his speedy course in 66.57 seconds . Third place went to Belgian rider Constant van Paesschen kand his Astro Boy (by Sarantos).In the saddle of the Dutch bred gelding he rode a clear round in 68.81 seconds. The rest of the top 5 also looked pretty Orange with Marc Houtzager and the KWPN stallion Mr. Europe (by Mr. Blue) in fourth place and Dennis van den Brink jumping to fifth place aboard his mare Doreusa (by Phin Phin) Go here to see all the results.
