Jérome Guery tops the 'Longines Spring Classic of Flanders' Grand Prix

It is a rainy day in Lummen, but the CSI5* Grand Prix still ensured the spectacle. At the 'Longines Spring Classic of Flanders' it was Jérome Guery and Papillon Z who took home the victory. A total of 10 horse-rider combinations returned for the jump-off. Finishing in a time of 43.27 seconds, Guery left Harrie Smolders and Emerald van 't Ruytershof in a second place. Belgian Niels Bruynseels and Pommeau du Heup set the time in 45.06 seconds, good for the third place. The top five was completed by last weeks LGCT GP winner, Simon Delestre with Qlassic Bois Margot. Karel Cox (Gentleman) ensured last month's Grand Prix win at the Spring Tour in Lummen, this time he finished fifth. One year ago it was Irish Bertram Allen who took home victory, the year before it was H&M-rider, Nicola Philippaerts, however at that time it was still a CSI3*-level.
