Joe Whitaker beats Voorn again during Grand Prix de Peelbergen

It looked like a copy of Fridays qualifier this afternoon in the CSI2* Grand Prix at de Peelbergen. Again it was Joe Whitaker and Vincent Voorn who had a battle for the win after Whitaker and his amazing Lola V (by Locarno 62) raised the bar in the jump-off. During a jump-off with 15 contenders it was Whitaker and by his father bred Locarno 62 mare that set the time to beat as the fifth pair in the arena. Just like on Friday evening the duo did not hide their ambition to take home top prize money and sped to the finish in the unbeatable time of 29.73 seconds. “I have really enjoyed my time here at the Peelbergen. The course was great today! We had the perfect 25% of contenders in the jump-off and It was nice to ride.” said the happy winner during the price giving ceremony, who also praised his 11 year-old mare “She is the one who did everything. I am just along for the ride, she is super!“ joe_whitaker-lola_v-de_peelbergen2016_2 It looked like a copy of Fridays qualifier this afternoon in the CSI2* Grand Prix at de Peelbergen.
