Joelle Froese reigns the Kubota Canada Grand Prix

Last week the beautiful Thunderbird Show Park in Langely, British Columbia, Canada, welcomed the national and international riders for it's West Coast Classic. With a celebration for Canada day, the riders were in form to give their best. In Sunday's $15,000 Kubota Canada Grand Prix the jumps were set at a height of 1.40m. After an exciting jump-off it was Joelle Froese from Abbotsford who claimed the win aboard Romeos Child. Laura-Jane Tidball (Prim' De Lairaud) and Karianne Boyce-Lockhart (Hopscotch) followed in a second and third place. The top five was completed by Jenni Wymer (Cornet Fever) and Mary Jones (Cartoon). In the 1.30m Open Jumper Andrea Strain was teh best with Ellie. The pair set the unbeatable time and were followed by Jenny Calandra (Shantonagh) and Gary Brewster (Caribean Girl Z), placing second and third. Nicole Grafton was the lady rider in form in the 1.25m series. Aboard Chocola Z she took home the victory. Tiogether with Dizibanta Grafton also placed fourth. Juliana Ball (Dos Lunas Columbia Z) and Jill Blunt (Casenova) placed second and third in this final class.   CLICK HERE FOR ALL RESULTS
