Jos Verlooy takes the CSI2* win in Valkenswaard

The Longines Global Champions Tour in Valkenswaard concluded it's five star event yesterday. Today it was the final day for the CSI2* where Belgium's Jos Verlooy took the win in the two-star 'Big Tour'. Aboard the 10-years-old Vigo d'Arsouilles daughter, Farfelu de la Pomme he finished his jump of clear in 39.63 seconds. The victory was good for over 8,000 Euros. Norwegians Victoria Gulliksen and the Ogano Sitte-son, Viego Les Hauts followed in a second place finishing almost two seconds slower. Third place was for Scott Keach and Fedor (by Kashmir van Schuttershof). The top five was completed by Qatar's Nasser Al Ghazali aboard Argelith Squid (by Salito) and 'home' rider Alberto Zorzi with Fair Light van T Heike (by Vigo d'Arsouilles). A total of 13 out of the 68 starters returned for the jump-off in this GP. Only six finished double clear. click here for the results
