Jur Vrieling takes strong start in Falsterbo

The first international openingclass at the Falsterbo Horse show offered some top level sport  in the Stiftelsen Falsterbo Horse Show Prize, set at a height of 1.45m. Dutch Jur Vrieling jumped to glory aboard the  9-year-old Holsteiner-mare Acascia (by Diamant de Semilly). The pair stopped the clock faultless in 62,62 seconden, taking a small advantage on Bertram Allen with the 8-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding, by Indoctro, Christy Jnr. After a clear finish in 62,73 seconds the Irish show jumping rider stayed ahead of France's Emeric GEorge with Rocker d'Ysieux (by Crown Z). Chloe Reid (Sally 643, by Salito) and Stephanie Holmen (Clarence, by Clinton) completed the top five with a fourth and fifth place. No less than 20 combinations crossed the finish faultless.
