Karen Polle impresses with a win in La Baule

Today the Nations Cup of La Baule draws all the attention in La Baule. This morning the five-star riders warmed-up in the CSIO5* 1.45m Prix Du Département De Loir. The top three riders made it a close and exciting battle. It was Japanese show jumper, Karen Polle who jumped to victory with only one hunderdst of a second difference with Pius Schwizer. Aboard the 13-year-old Little Lord 90 (f. Lasino) Pollen stopped the timer in 27,20 second. Schwizer followed as runner-up aboard Balou Rubin R (f. Balou du Rouet). Also local hero, Roger Yves Bost crossed the finish in under 28 seconds. Together with Tesway de La Batia (f. Calvaro) Bost stopped the clock at 27,72 seconds. The top five was completed by Steve Guerdat (Venard de Cerisy, f. Open up Semilly) and Nicolas Delmotte with Darmani Van 't Heike (f. Grandeur).   Klik hier voor de resultaten
