Canada is slowly starting its show season again. Last weekend it was the Thunderbird Show Park who welcomed the locals. Katie Hourigan and her own Koala K topped the Open Jumper 1.30m. The pair was followed by Samantha Buirs and Syd The Kid. Buirs was recently active and succesfull in Thermal, CA, USA. Aboard Killossery Kruisey, Andrea Strain made it to the third spot in this class. In the 1.20m Jr/Am Jumper 9 horse-rider combinations took the start. Naomi Tidball and Collani 2 set the fastest time, leavind Hanna Krista Norris and Dahlia in a second place. In the 1.20m Open Jumper it was Chelsea McNeill and Sinead O'Cara who took home victory. Laura-Jane Tidball and Eli placed second, followed by Kaitlyn Harbour and Athena. In the most popular class of the day, jumps were set at a height of 1.10m. In the Jr/Am it was Danielle Lafleur and Lark Ascending who rode to victory. Aboard Elliot Van t Kruis, Lafleur also placed third in this class. The second spot was for Jehan Shalhoub and Wyoming. The top six was completed by Maysa Cross (Prada), Judy Ameli (Adios) and Jessica Higgs (Ikatcher). Aboard Lark Ascending Lafleur also won the Open Jumper 1.10m. This time the pair was followed by Sally Warner (Rivaldi) and Andrea Strain (Ellie).
