Laurent Goffinet wins for France in Vilamoura

This morning the day started with a two phased 1.35m class in Vilamoura. The sun was shining and made the 85 participants happy. Not only were they able to be happy with the sun, also the results were goed. 59 riders stayed clear during the first phase and 28 of them stayed double clear. The winner of this class was Laurent Goffinet (FRA), he was by far the fastest rider and was able to finish double clear in an incredibly quick time of 24,01 seconds with his Selle Français mare Valkyrie Condeene (v. l'Arc de Triomphe) Second place was for Great Britain with Daniel Moseley and Escapado S, a 8-year old Whitesnake gelding (KWPN). They crossed the finish line in 25,37 seconds. Top three was completed by Luis Sabino Gançalves (POR) and Twix V Overis Z, a 8-year old Toulon gelding (Zangersheide). They stayed double clear in a time of 25,48 seconds. Duarte Seabra (POR) with All about Fernhill and Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli (SWE) with Typie du Tillard (v.
