Lorenzo de Luca makes a two on two in Knokke

This morning Knokke Hippique-organizer, Stephan Conter, put a smile on his face when daughter Emilie rode to victory. This afternoon his home stable-rider, Lorenzo De Luca, took his second win this week. Aboard the 9-year-old stallion Balou de Coeur (by Balou du Rouet) Lorenzo won the 1.45m CSI5* -class. In a time of 62.99 seconds the proved set the fastest time. Olympic Champion, Steve Guerdat and Albfuehren's Memphis followed in a second place, setting the time at 63.73 seconds. Constant Van Paesschen was just like last night, best Belgian rider in the class. Together with Citizenguard Rioso van de Kapel, Van Paesschen finished third. The top five was completed by Ferenc Szentirmai with Quickdiamond and Pieter Devos with Equipharma Dax van 'Dabdijhoeve.
