Only two pairs jumped a double clear round in the Sam Edelman CSI2* Grand Prix at the Longines Masters in New York. USA's Megan McDermott jumped the fastest time aboard the 12-year-old gelding, Tizimin LS (f. Dollar de la Pierre), however with one rail down, resulting in the third spot. A total of seven combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in this 1.45m Grand Prix. Only Mario Deslauriers and Madison Goetzmann kept it clear in the jump-off. It was USA's Goetzmann who set the fastest time with her 11-year-old Prestigious (f. Con Cento). The pair crossed the finish in 35.55 seconds. Mario Deslauriers followed as runner-up in the saddle of the Clarimo-daughter, Bardolina 2. All with one jumping fault, Mavis Spencer (Sweet Tricia, f.
