Marc Bettinger closes the day with a win at Crans-Montana

It's Germany's Marc Bettinger who is victorious in the 1m45 of Crans-Montana in Switserland. The show ended the day with a three star competition where it was Bettinger and his Holstein Amber (by Cartani) who stayed clear in the jump-off with 41.96 seconds on the clock. With fourteen combinations in the jump-off only the top seven stayed dubble clear with a second place for French rider Severin Hellereau and his Charron R (by Solitair) who finished in 43.03 seconds. He was followed by Swiss rider Alain Jufer and his Rahmannshof Tic Tac (by Contact van de Heffinck) with whom he finished in third place with 43.55 seconds. Home riders Philippe Putallaz and Pierre Brunschwig completed the top five with a fourth place for Putallez and his Chef von der Wiesharde (by Caretino) in 44.64 seconds and a fifth place for Brunschwig and his Pinup de Puymalier (by Elegant de Barachy) in 46.23 seconds.
