After the second round of the LGCT Grand Prix and a jump-off, Marcus Ehining was crowned as the winner. 18 combinations started in the second round. Of those 18, 8 combinations managed to jump a second clear round. A jump-off had to decide who would be the winner. In this jump-off, Marcus Ehning once again showed his excellent rider skills. He and his gelding Pret a Tout left the wood untouched and finished in 35,17 seconds. Abdullah Alsharbaltly, the winner of the GCT of Shangai, showed his good form once again. He and Tobalio finished second in 36,08 seconds. Spain completed the podium. Eduardo Alvarez Aznar finished in 36;38 in front of his home crowd. Number four and five were for two young riders. The fast Irish rider Bertram Allen finished with his Cabrio van de Heffinck son Hector van d'Abdijhoeve in fourth spot.
