Swiss rider Martin Fuchs won the biggest class CSI2* 1,40m today in Chevenez, Switzerland. Aboard Dubai Du Bois Pinchet, an eight-year-old mare by Kashmir van Schuttershof, Fuchs rode to first place in 32,35 seconds. French rider Franck Goubard jumped his Quintana VII to second place in 32,54 seconds. The rest of the top five fell completely into Swiss hands, with Philipp Züger in third, Melanie Freimüller in fourth and Daniel Etter in fifth place. The Medium Tour was also won by a Swiss rider. Iris Gautschi and Cartaja jumped effortlessly to first place in 53,47 seconds, followed by Beat Grandjean and Remix. Third place went to Jean-Maurice Brahier aboard Sam Sam du Fresche. The only foreign rider in the top five was Frenchman Cedric Bellanger, who landed the fifth place. Fiona Meier and Popeye Wijngaardh Z claimed the Small Tour 1,30m for Switzerland as well, with German rider Marian Müller in second place. Felix Graf and Alesia de la Cense jumped to victory for Switzerland in the Big Class 1,30m. The only non-Swiss rider in first place today was Belgian rider Vanessa Mathieu. Mathieu and Guapa II won the Middle Class 1,20m.
