Marwin van den Nieuwenhuijzen on fire in Sommersted

In Sommersted, Denmark, there were a lot of classes to jump today. The CSI2* Diamond Tour 145cm - class was for Pal Flam aboard Abrisco V (Sam R) who finished with a time of 41,68 seconds. Eric Müller-Rulfs with Curly followed this pair up with a time of 41,76 seconds. Third place was for the rider Marwin van den Nieuwenhuijzen with Eton (Clinton) after a jump off in 41,80 seconds. The 135-140 CSI2* Gold Tour - class was won by Marwin van den Nieuwenhuijzen and Fabulous ( Harley VDL). He rode his round in 60,71 seconds. This combination was right before Martin Knudsen aboard Goerklintgaards Diarano who rode a time of 62,95 seconds. The top three was completed by Soren Pedersen Tailormade Chloe Start PS who finished the class in 64,16 seconds. Marwin van den Nieuwenhuijzen was on fire because he also won the CSI2* Silver Tour 1m30 class aboard Fuji. He finished his jump off in a time of 27,00 seconds. He was just before Unjing Ella Wang and Zara (Baloubet du Rouet) who finished in 27,06 seconds. On spot three we saw Axelina Pettersson Häggström aboard Aphrodite who rode a round in 28,35 seconds. The 1m20 class was for Hanna Carlsson and Nintender (Namelus R) who rode a fast round in 27,92 seconds. This combination was followed up by Maria Norheden Johansen with Noerhedens Agina Light (Lucky light) who finished in a time of 29,52 seconds. Place three was for Kamilla Ladefoged Rasmussen and Fabienne (Zambesi). The day started with the classes for 5, 6 and 7 yo horses. It was again Marwin van den Nieuwenhuijzen who won the class. This time with Spock Z (Startrek) he finished in a time of 52,59 seconds. The second place was for Soren Pedersen and Tailormade Conthaura (Conthargos) who ended his round in 52,61 seconds. The top three was completed by Daniel Cassoe aboard Hip-Hop's Fiona who finished the class in 53,28 seconds. Click here for the results
