Ninon Castex takes Gold at Pony Europeans

Today (3 August) it was the 16 year old French rider Ninon Castex who took the individual Gold medal at the Pony European Championships at Millstreet, Ireland. Ninon Castex finished on a total of 3 penalties aboard Quabar des Monceaux and that was enough to award her the Gold. There was a four pony jump-off for the Silver and Bronze medal with Belgian rider Arnaud Gaublomme taking silver aboard Goliath van de Groenweg. Irish rider Susan Fitzpatrick (Rock Dee Jay) took home the Bronze medal in front of a jubilant home crowd. German rider Lars Volmer finished in fourth place while British rider Harry Charles, son of Olympic Medallist Peter Charles, finished in fifth place respectively.
