This afternoon the five-star show in Longines Los Angeles Masters concluded with a French victory. Patrice Delaveau stayed ahead of an American platoon of riders. Only two pairs qualified for the jump-off. Aboard his world cup horse, Lacrimoso 3 HDC, he finished in 31.59 seconds. Lauren Hough got a big support from the home crowd, but had to be satisfied with a second place. Together with Cornet 39 she was followed by compatriot Quentin Judge and HH Fyloe. The top five was completed by JAck Towell and Lucifer V in fourth and Swiss Longines-rider Jane Richard Philips and Zekina Z. The rest of the day program was completed by some national invitational classes. In the 1.20m class Michelle Kerivan and Colin took home the win. She left Alexandra Crown and Charley in a second place.
