Patrice Delaveau tops the Brussels Stephex Masters GP Qualifier

In the early evening the main course of the Grand Prix qualifier was ridden at the Stephex Masters in Wolvertem, Belgium. Stephan Conter saw 21 horse-rider combinations coming back for the Jump-off. When the night fell, the light spectacle turned on and the riders prepared for their separate jump-off. With the jumps set at a height of plus 1.50m it was Patrice Delaveau who rode to victory with Carinjo HDC. Morocco's Ouaddar Abdelkebir followed in a second place with Quickly de Kreisker. With a time of 37 seconds for Delaveau he only had 0.08 seconds less as Ouaddar. Olympic Champion Steve Guerdat finished third. Aboard Albfuehrens Happiness he finished his jump-off in 37.78 seconds. The top five of the class was completed by Piergiorgio Bucci (Casallo Z) and Rik Hemeryck (Carlitto Van't Zorgvliet). From the 21 starters in the jump-off, no less then 13 finished their course faultless.
