RMSJ concludes with James Chawke on top

The next weeks the Rocky Mountain Show Jumping welcomes all Canadian and USA riders to compete in the Hunter and Jumper classes. Yesterday the first week of the RMSJ Rocky Mountain Classic concluded with a victory for James Chawke in the 1.35m Modified Grand Prix. Aboard Christine Swail's Arista he left Rodney Tulloch and Zidane on the second place. The stage was completed by Tamie Phillips and Lerche 37. The pair was followed by Reva Glass (Apart) and Lynne Stephenson (WH Catalina) in a fourth and fifth position. In the 1.20m Fiorino Family Jr/Am Jumper Derby it was Polish-Canadian Mariola Slawinski who rode to victory. Aboard her own chestnut Lavos Z she left Aidan Pettigrew and Corsa in a second place. Ben Rootman and Just Cruising finished third in this Derby class. About 10cm lower it was Izzy Biron who took home the Derby victory. Together with Rusty Nail she was followed by Erika Lauer (Early Grey) and Jada Wagner (Bali from Cali).
