Romy Morssinkhof makes sure it's a Belgian victory in U25 Competition Mechelen

In the B-arena in Mechelen, a U25 class has just been ridden. 40 combinations entered the show ring for this 1,40m class with jump-off. In that jump-off, it was the Belgian rider Romy Morssinkhof who rode to a Belgian victory. With Vivolta de Gree (Diamant de Semilly x Sandro Boy) under the saddle, she left the wood untouched. Second place went to Dimme d'Haese. This young Belgian rider rode a clear jump-off in 39,18 seconds. The saddled Tendresse du Fort (Calvaro x Grand Veneur) for the job. Only the top two could keep the zero on the score board. The fastest 4-faulter was the French rider Charlotte Spaas Levallois. With Eblesse van het Scheefkasteel (Nonstop x Skippy II) under the saddle, she jumped a very fast round in 34,59 seconds. But a jumping penalty resulted in a third place. Dries Dekkers and D&J Havanna (Grisedli x Cash) jumped a fast round as well. They crossed the finish line in 34,94 seconds but they got one penalty of jumping as well. Pieter Kenis and Catoki's Son Z (Catoki x Aldo du Reverdy) took account of the fifth place. They got 4 points and finished in 34,96 seconds. Click here for the results
