Samual Parot claims 1.45 Illustrated Properties prize at WEF

It was Samual Parot and Couscous van Orti who were in an unbeatable form during yesterdays $35.000 class at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellintgon.  The Chileen rider raced to victory ahead of the Irish Darragh Kenny and Canedian Eric Lamaze. In the speedclass over 1.45 Parot and his WP bred son of Nabab de Reve crossed the finish line nearly two seconds faster as Kenny and Chanel (by Challen). The Irish rider known for his speed had to let this one go and  claimed second prize with his clear round in 62.24 seconds with his Oldenburger mare. Lamaze followed in 63.25 seconds with his new ride the Selle Francais mare Thalis De La Roque (by Kannan)  to take the third spot on the stage. Go here to see all the results.
