In 2020, the gelding moved to Delestre's stables. Delestre then reported, "We already bought him at the end of 2019, but due to the coronavirus crisis, the Hubside Tour last weekend in St. Tropez was our first competition together. I have to say that my feeling with Iniesta was incredibly good. Every round he jumped was flawless. The sale was handled by Manuel Fernandez Saro, and he said about Iniesta V: 'I have not seen many horses in my life as good as him, with so much talent and ability.'"

Together with Iniesta V, Delestre won last summer at the 1.50m/1.55m Longines Global Champions Tour in Coruna and also in Paris. At the end of last year, the duo also won the Puissance at Jumping Mechelen and the 1.45m Prix Swiss Wine in Geneva.
