Steve Guerdat jumps to victory in LA

In Los Angeles, the best riders of the world are competing against each other at this moment. Tomorrow, all eyes are on the Longines Grand Prix, but before that there are some other classes scheduled. The 1,45m class has just ended and the gold medal went to.... Switzerland! Steve Guerdat saddled the 12-year old Concetto Son to ride the fastest time. They finished in 33,83 seconds which was enough for the victory. Denis Lynch finished on second place with Ho Go vd Padenborre (Darco). This combination finished in 34;68 seconds. The third place was for Switzerland as well. Jane Richard rode her mare Calinesse de Guldenboom (Contact vd Hefficnk) to the bronze medal. Jessica Springsteen and Davendy S (Kashmir va Schuttershof) took account of the fourth spot. Springsteen rode the fastest time but Davendy hit one fence which resulted in a fourth place. Julien Epaillard en Sephora completed the top five. Click here for the results
