In Luxembourgh the weekend of the three star competition ended with the Grand Prix of Luxembourg. Next week the show will continue with the two star and the young horses competition. Today however it was Steve Guerdat who won this 1m50/1m60 Grand Prix.
In the saddle of his eleven year old mare Cayetana (by Robin II Z) he jumped to a time of 43.40 seconds. Leaving in second place homerider Marcel Ewen and his Excenel (by Thunder van de Zuuthoeve) with whom he finished in second place in 44.05 seconds. In third place it was fellow Luxembourgh's Christian Weier and his Global (by Nabab de Reve) with a time of 44.17 seconds.
In fourth place it was Angelique Rüsen for Germany with her Reavnir (by Ricardos) in 45.65 seconds. Completing the top five was Samy Colman (MAR) and his Simara Alia with a time of 46.13 seconds in fifth place.
