Just before the World Cup in Oslo, H&M All In (s. Kashmir van Schuttershof) from Peder Fredricson got a colic attack. Yesterday the diagnosis followed. His colon sometimes presses on a band that lays between the spleen and the kidneys. The ten year old gelding will now be operated. "It is nice that we now know what is happening", says Lisen Bratt Fredricson, Peder Fredricson's wive. The gelding already had some colic attacks in the past, but this time the problems kept recurring. "He wasn't really in bad condition, but you could notice that he had a problem somewhere." The surgery will take place soon and if this goes well the Olympic silver medalist will be able to train again in two months.
