Switzerland has announced their team for the European Championships in Denmark next month. The team include Paul Estermann and Castlefield Eclipse, London Olympic gold medallist Steve Guerdat and Nino des Buissonnets, Pius Schwizer and Picsou du Chêne and Janika Sprunger and Palloubet d’Halong. Reserve rider is Christina Liebherr with L.B. Callas Sitte Z. This team certainly looks to be a strong one. Further also the French Chef d’Equipe Philippe Guerdat has announced his team for the Europeans in Herning.
The French team will consist of; Eugenie Angot on Old Chap Tame, Roger Yves Bost on Castle Forbes Myrtille Paulois, Aymeric de Ponnat on Armitages Boy, Patrice Delaveau on Orient Express HDC and Kevin Staut on Silvana HDC. And last but not least it is Danmark that reveilled its riders for a home-ride at the end of this month. The team consist of Thomas Sandgaard on Amarone, Thomas Velin on Chopin Van Het Moleneind, Charlotte Von Rönne on Cartani, Søren Pedersen on Tailormade Esperanza De Revel and Andreas Schou on Vivaldi or Allerdings. Who the reserve-rider will be is not decided yet.
