The second day of the 2015 China Open Jumping and National Young Riders Cup brought some exciting sports. Held at the Equuleus International Riding club a total of 11 young riders finished their course in the 60-90cm faultless. Li Mingze and Baiqing won the Championship, finishing in 54.02 seconds. In the 100-115cm 15 combinations took the start. Only four of them finished clear. Fastest time was set by Wang Zhen and Cacharel1. The pair stopped the clock in 61.63 seconds, finishing ahead of Zhang Xingjia and Zidame. Bronze medal in this Championship class was for Cheng Zining abaord Lindox. Set at the same height the second championshp was claimed by Ta Linhu. Together with Leenall the Chinese young rider jumped for victory. Aboard Angela he also took home the second place. However all eyes and excitment were for the China Open Jumping Competition, set at a height of 1.40-1.45m. The opening ceremony included a helicopter show and an artistic War Horse performance. 19 pairs took the start in this course build by FEI designer Rob Janse. Germany's Herman Klopper and Leonidas 100 edged out Tom Martens and APG by just one second. Christian Kukuk took home the third place after a nice round with Lucky Luke. The top five was completed by Li Zhenging (Nongfu), finishing with 1 time penalty, and Daniel Zhao (Fancyface).
