In one hour the race for the gold team medal and (eterna) glory at the Deodoro Equestrian Center at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games kicks off. After the first round it are the Dutch show jumping riders who are in the lead together with the United States of America, Germany and Brazil. All teams still have zero points at the start of their second round. Today Dutch show jumping rider, Jur Vrieling has decided to whitdraw with Zirocco Blue. Earlier the pair almost got disqualified after excesive spur use, also yesterday the pair didn't perform as they usually do.
