Thierry Goffinet in spotlights in Atlantic Tour

In the Atlantic Tour in Portugal's Vilamoura it was this morning the Belgian rider Thierry Goffinet who rode himself twice in the spotlights. First with a win in the 1m40 three star show with his Belgian bred mare Idole 111 (by Darco) with whom he rode to a time of 56.58 seconds. Then in the 1m10 jdm show he also finsihed in a second place with his young horse Mister Darsino HR in only 71.10 seconds. In the 1m40 he stayed ahead of French rider Julien Gonin and his Dutch bred Well-Done (by VDL Sheraton) who finished in second place in 57.78 seconds. He was then followed by fellow countryman Thibault Pomares and his Velvote des Aulbiers (by Jaguar Mail) in 64.47 seconds. Then in the 1m10 jdm show the victory went to British rider Vanessa Jobson-Scott who stayed ahead of Goffinet. She and her Dutch bred mare Follyfoot Arkadia (by Arko III) crossed the chromo in 67.91 seconds. In third place it was then Portugese rider Duerte Seabra and his Flora do Conde in 71.49 seconds. Following next there was a one star course for the Young Horses five year olds which was won by Spanish rider Mariano Martinez Bastida and his Dutch bred horse History with whom he finished in 53.82 seconds. In second place it was Irish rider Tracy Walshe and her Fernhill Lucky One (by Olympic Lux) in 54.29 seconds. Find all results here
