Tiffany Foster's Brighton retires from the sport!

Tiffany Foster has announced the sportive retirement of her trusted Brighton (Contendro II x Quick Star, breeder: E. Santing). "I had somehow thought this day would never come, but it's time for my darling Brighton to retire from the sport," Foster says.

In Vancouver, Brighton received a farewell ceremony on Sunday. He will spend his retirement in Belgium at Artisan Farm.

Foster and Brighton were a duo for 11 years. "31 international wins, 56 podium finishes, multiple first-place finishes at national Grand Prix's, and faultless rounds in Nations Cups. There will never be another horse like Brighton. He is the smartest horse I have ever known. He taught me how to win! I am eternally grateful to Andy and Carlene Ziegler for buying him and entrusting him to me!"
