Virginie Thonon makes it happen in closing 1,50m class of Knokke

The third and last weekend of Knokke Hippique in Belgium ends with a wonderful home win in the CSI3* 1,50m by Virginie Thonon. She and her Belgian-bred High Tech Vy de Septon (Del Piero P&B) won in 44,32 seconds. With that time, they stayed ahead of five other riders in the jump-off. A second place was taken by Koen Vereecke and Glasgow MB (Toulon), who finished in 46,16 seconds. In the third place, we also see a Belgian-bred horse; Global (Nabab de Reve) with Luxemburgian Christian Weier in the saddle. The pair finished in 48,45 seconds. The rest of the top five was made up of Cressy Neads with Lordanos Junior (Lordanos), followed by a fifth spot for Francois Xavier Boudant with Vertige de Galarzacs (Quaprice Boimargot Quincy).
