Werner Muff flies to victory in Championat "Golden Drum of Basel"

In Basel the evening ended with a spectacular 1m55 "Championat of Stadt Basel - "Golden Drum of Basel". It was home rider Werner Muff who claimed victory with his Dutch Warmblood Daimler. This Canturano son flew to the win in this nine combinations strong jump-off in 32.28 seconds. With that time he put Belgium's Olivier Philippaerts in second place with his beautiful grey mare H&M Legend of Love (by Landzauber). With a time of 36.91 seconds they stayed ahead of Portugal's Luciana Diniz and her Fit For Fun (by For Pleasure) who finished in third with 38.72 seconds. The top five was completed by Germany's Marcus Ehning with Cornado NRW (by Cornet Obolensky) in fourth place, followed by a fifth place from Pius Schwizer with About a Dream.   Find all results here
