It was a home win today in the 1.50 ranking class at the Toscana Tour in Arezzo as Gianni Govoni claimed the top spot with his super mare Winn Winn (by Chin Chin) The fast mare and Govoni had to keep Belgian superstar Olivier Philippaerts at bay in the highest class of the day. Because Olivier had saddled his fast 9-year old stallion Ikker (by Ogano Sitte). But with a clear ride in 31.22 seconden the Italian managed to take home the win ahead of Philippaerts who crossed the finish a few tenth of a seconds later. The third place was also claimed by Italy with Luca Marziani and Tokyo du Soleil (v. Montender 2) just clinging on to it. A fast Werner Muff tried to take away the spot, but failed to do so aboard his Cosby (by Contendro I). Dutch Lisa Nooren finished up the top five.
