The last show on the South African calendar was completed on the 24th of November; the Investec FEI World Cup Qualifier, which also marked the 6th and final leg of the series. Winner of the class, Shaun Neill maximised his victory by being the only rider to produce two double clear rounds on his horses, Clyde Z (Carthago Z x Jus de Pomme) and Bariton P (Darco x Pachat II) – placing him first and second in the class. After the points were tallied the rider to win the overall series was 22 year old Jeanne Engela riding her mare, Investec Chanel van der Zeshoek (Canturo x Accord II).
