Quel Homme de Hus back competing: "I've waited so long for this moment!" (VIDEO)

"Even though it was only 1.25m high, I have been eagerly anticipating those two courses for a long time," Guery says. "It was great. Quel Homme is clearly in shape. I feel him very well, so yes, it's super positive."

"The first step has been taken, now we can move forward. Of course, there are still many steps to take, but the biggest one was last week in Oliva.

Paris remains the goal!

"Participation in the Olympic Games in Paris remains the goal. As long as I feel that Quel Homme can handle it, that remains the priority," the Belgian continues. "For him, it's not about the height. He needs to learn to use his body again and relax his muscles. He is also of a certain age (18 years old, editor's note). That's why it takes a bit longer, but fortunately not without results. My priority now is simply to give him his time!"

"If I feel he is ready, we will move on to the next step," concludes Guery.
