Edoardo Ingrà set the winning time in the saddle of Candy Crack G (Crack Balou). The combination produced two clear rounds, stopping the clock at 26.87 seconds in the second phase after completing the first in 48.36 seconds. That was enough to secure the top spot.

Great Britain followed closely behind, with Angela Thompson and Dawn Lancer (Dollar du Rouet) taking second place. Their faultless performance resulted in a time of 26.91 seconds in the second phase. Christian Ahlmann completed the podium for Germany with the BWP stallion Toemme de Regor Z (Chacco Blue), finishing clear in 26.99 seconds.

Felipe Amaral secured fourth place for Brazil with Zangersheide mare Ega van de Hoek Z (Emerald van't Ruytershof). The combination also kept all the poles up and finished the second phase in 27.11 seconds. The top five was completed by Ireland's Conan Wright, who guided I M Special Bella GB (I M Special de Muze) to another clear round in 27.24 seconds. Conan Wright also secured sixth place with the seven-year-old Oliva P. (Ibolensky). The Irish rider produced a second clear round, finishing the second phase in 27.27 seconds, just 0.03 seconds behind his fifth-place result with I M Special Bella GB.
