“Winning the World Cup in Mechelen, that’s my dream,” says 23-year-old Belgian show jumper Jules Van Hoydonck, still savoring his five-star victory in Oslo. “I didn’t feel that it was going to happen that day. Minte jumped fantastic, but my mind was already on the World Cup. Maybe that was a good thing, the pressure was gone. When I was clear, I thought: okay, now we go for it.”
