The prestigious CSIO5* Nations Cup at Piazza di Siena in Rome delivered a high-level contest between ten of the world's leading jumping nations. After two demanding rounds over the 1.60m course, Mexico emerged as the only team to finish on a score of zero, narrowly defeating Germany and Great Britain.
Mexico proved untouchable throughout the competition, becoming the only nation to finish on a score of zero. The quartet of Carlos Hank Guerreiro with H5 Shaq Attack (Cornet Obolensky), Patricio Pasquel aboard Chakkalou PS (Diablo Blanco), Andres Azcarraga with Contendros 2 (Contendro I) and Fernando Martinez Sommer riding Joep (Otangelo) combined for a total time of 45.91 seconds after two rounds.
