Espyrante van het Groeshof (Obourg) of Emily Conter retires

The chestnut mare Espyrante van het Groeshof, a thirteen-year-old daughter of Obourg, will only be used for breeding purposes from now on. The horse of the young Belgian rider Emilie Conter is officially retiring after a successful career in show jumping. Espyrante ensured many grand titles for her riders, the first place of the Grand Prix of Antwerp with Emilie Conter being only one of many. Jan Stoffelen was her first rider. He became regional and national Champion with Espyrante in 2012. Then, the mare was moved to the Stephex Stables in Wolvertem, BE. In 2016 young Emilie Conter took over the reigns and earned many successes with the always performing Espyrante. Last year they also started in the European Championships of Samorin together.
