Koen Vereecke and Lector vd Bisschop conquer CSI3* Grand Prix De Kraal International

The rain played his parts in the 1.55m Grand Prix at de Kraal International CSI3* in Zandhoven, Belgium. In the first round the organisation paused the competition for a moment. But eventually the Grand Prix offered top level sport!

Germany's rider, Harm Lahde and Grey Chester (Grey Top), making it a Jump-Off with six. Eventually it was home rider, Koen Vereecke who set the first clear round. Aboard the BWP-approved, Lector vd Bisschop (Bamako de Muze x For Pleasure) Vereecke eventually won advancing a full Belgium stage.

Wilm Vermeir followed at the start, but also on stage. Vermeir was one tenth of a second slower with Hotsho (Carembar de Muze x Calido I). In third Dimme D'Haese finished as second to last to go with his Comme Il Faut (Diamant de Semilly).

The top three riders kept it clear in the Jump-Off. In fourth Jens Fredricson followed aboard Markan Cosmopolit (Cohiba) while Fernando Martinez Sommer and Cor Bakker (Colandro) completed the top five.
