Simon Delestre makes his comeback with Hermes Ryan in Zürich

Next week the eleventh leg of the Longines FEI World Cup showjumping TM will take place in Zürich. The best riders in the world will participate to gain some point to qualify for the World Cup final in Omaha this year. French rider Simon Delestre will start in Zürich with the eleven year old Hermes Ryan (s. Hugo Gesmeray). The chestnut gelding came in action for the last time at the CSI3* in Knokke, Belgium. This was the last show before he left for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. This adventure came to an early end, as the Selle-Français injured himself in his stable. Hermes Ryan had a micro fracture in his tarsometatarsal joint and got the last months to recover. Delestre will also start with Qlassic Bois Margot and Sultan du Chateau.
