Belgian and German victories in 1m40 Opglabbeek

In Sentower Park the main class of the day was jumped just now: a 1m40 that was jumped directly against the clock. Because of the large number of participants there were two rankings.

Dries Dekkers rode to victory in the first group. He was able to jump a clear round in the saddle of D&J Havanna (by Griseldi) and clocked off in 56.77 seconds. He stayed ahead of two Dutch riders with this: Albert Zoer and Piet Raijmakers Jr. Zoer rode Isa Tella (by Etoulon) clear in 58.55 seconds. Piet Raijmakers Jr in turn counted on Van Schijndel's Olaya Z (by; Ogano Sitte) to jump a clear round in 59.57 seconds.

Kathrin Müller (Come I Need You) and Siebe Kramer (Evermeta) took home fourth and fifth places.

In the second group, German riders dominated. Kathrin Müller rode Emmely (by Indorado), a 12-year-old KWPN mare, to victory. The duo jumped a clear round and clocked off in 57.50 seconds; Pascale Haep and Chartraine Pre Noir followed in second place. They managed to leave all the bars in the spoons and finished in 59.31 seconds. Felix Hassmann completed the top three. He rode Carreras 12 (by Cachas) clear to the finish in 59.69 seconds.

Johannes Ehning (C-Jay 3) and Niels Bulthuis (Chicharito LS) finished in places four and five.
