Henrik von Eckermann victorious in CSI4*-W 1.45m Gold Tour at the Al Shira'aa International Horse Show

At the Al Shira'aa International Horse Show in Abu Dhabi, the CSI4*-W 1.45m class came to a thrilling end. Quite a few combinations managed to qualify for the jump-ff. With 13 riders gearing up for their final round in this class, 8 horses stayed double clear. In the end it was Henrik von Eckermann proved to be the strongest today and took home the gold with the ten year old gelding Hollywood V in this Longines Ranking Class. 



In the end, it was Henrik von Eckermann who claimed victory in this H/H. Shaikh Zayed Bin Hazza Gold Tour. Riding Hollywood V (by Mylord Carthago*HN) he raced to first place in 32.65 seconds. Wilm Vermeir was right behind him. With Joyride S (by Toulon) he crossed the finish line in 32.81 seconds and delivered a strong second place for Belgium. Emanuele Gaudiano and the legendary Chalou (by Chacco-Blue) completed the top three placings. The pair flew over the fences without any faults in 32.92 seconds. 

Donald Whitaker (Feodina) finished fourth. Abdullah Alsharabatly (Quincy 230) settled for fifth place.
