Kukuk leaves Guerdat behind in Grand Prix Oliva

In Oliva the 1m50 high Grand Prix was jumped just now. The riders were presented a tough basic course. Only four riders could keep the zero in the basic course. A jump off with four had to decide the winner.

That winner was Christian Kukuk. He rode Checker 47 (by Comme Il Faut 5) clear through the course in 36.60 seconds. This left him ahead of the world's number one, Steve Guerdat, who finished in second place. Guerdat counted on the BWP mare Jonka-A (by Cardento 933) to jump a clear round in 37.59 seconds. Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmerman was the best rider in third place. She was able to leave all the rails in the nipples with Chesmu KJ (by Cornet Obolensky) and finished in 38.81 seconds.

Penelope Leprevost (Vancouver de Lanlore) and Annabel Joost (Primus Vom Neumuehler Hof) completed the top five.
