Steve Guerdat adds Grand Prix Roeser to list of honors

In Luxembourg, Roeser was jumping at CSI3* level this weekend and, as usual, an international week ended with the Grand Prix of the CSI3* competition. The riders were presented with a tough basic course: only four riders managed to keep the clear in the basic course. A jump-off with four combinations therefore had to be decisive. In that jump-off, it was former world number one Steve Guerdat who came out on top. He rode Double Jeu d'Honvault (by Kannan) through the jump-off in a time of 36.38 seconds to secure victory.

Second place also went to a Swiss: Pius Schwizer and Quilana Denfer (by Quidam de Revel) managed to clear the course without any jumping faults and in a time of 37.33 seconds. Joao Victor Castro Aguiar Gomes De Lima completed the podium. He rode Kenzo Quality Z (by Kannan) clear through the jump-off in 38.35 seconds.

Only the top three were able to jump a double clear round. Although Barbara Schnieper rode a very fast jump-off with Canice (by Cascadello), a jumping fault relegated them to fourth place. Kathrin Müller, who got two time faults in the first round with Beauty Queen Z (by Big Star Jr), finished fifth.
