In Riesenbeck the final of the German championship for men has just been jumped and Philipp Weishaupt crowned himself the national champion. He was able to keep the zero over all days meaning he and Asathir are the German Champions of 2020.

Maurice Tebbel and Don Diarado followed in second place, ahead of Mario Stevens and Landano who became third. Tebbel finished with 1.25 penalty points from the leader after he too was able to jump a clear round today. Steven also kept the zero which brought his total to 4.50.

Marcus Ehning (Cornado NRW) and Andre Thieme (Chakaria) followed in fourth and fifth place.

Yesterday 24-year-old Finja Birmann rode to the German title for women. She rode A Crazy Son of Lavina (by Azzuro Classico) completely clear through the championship. Barbara Steurer-Collee and Quantus 14 finished in third place with a total of 5.25 penalty points. Sarah Nagel-Tornau and Carouge 8 completed the podium.

Pia-Louise Aufrecht-Bruggink and Laura Klaphake (Camalita) completed the top five.
