Jeroen Dubbeldam was the fastest in the jumpoff, finishing in 37.80. Aboard Oak Grove's Carlyle (v. Casall) he was just a tad faster than Ann Carton-Grootjans and Kai Licha de Carmel (by Prince Van de Wolfsakker). She, at her turn, was 0.2 second faster than Marco Kutscher in the saddle of Boeckmanns Lord Pezi Junior (by Lord Pezi), who finished in 38.18.
The jump-off was very exciting, and the proof is in the pudding. Both Paul Estermann and José Maria Larocca finished only half a second behind Dubbeldam. Estermann aboard Lord Pepsi (by Lord Pezi), Larocaa in the saddle of Finn Lente (by Faillard de la Pomme).

Chloe Reid finished with the eight year-old Hannoverian mare Souper Shuttle (v. Stakkato) in 31,19 seconds. Polish Wechta aboard Quinchella (by Quintero) finished second in 31,95 seconds, half a second faster than Austrian Rhomberg aboard Dinadja (by Unaniem).
Natalia Czernik and Everdi (by Verdi) finishten finished fourt, granting Poland a second top-five placing; Gerfried Puck and For Fun VT (by Zirocco Blue VDL) finished fifth, doing the same for Austria.
