French domination in two star competition Paris
In Paris, the first two star competition of the day has just been ridden. No less then seventy combinations entered the show ring for this class with jump-off. Eventually 11 of them managed to jump a clear first round and came back for the all deciding jump-off.

The victory went to the French lady rider Lalie Saclier. With her Perle Fine du Val (f. Joyeux Ardent) under the saddle, she managed to go even faster than Patrice Delaveau who only minutes before rode a super fast time of 34,90 seconds but Saclier did the impossible and finished in 34,16 seconds. Delaveau and Vestale de Mazure Hdc (f. Landor S) therefore had to take peace with the second place.

The third place went to Alderick Cheronnet. He and Atlantys by Wisbecq (f. Argentinu) crossed the finish line after 35,00 seconds and left the wood untouched. Reynald Angot and Vintadge de la Roque (f. Kannan) ended on fourth place. The young Belgian rider Nathan Budd followed on fifth place with Balder vd Katelijnkouter (f. Baloubet du Rouet). With this effert he prevented a complete French top five.
