Portugal’s Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida finished second with Comme le Coeur (Comme Il Faut) after another faultless jump-off in 34.27 seconds.
Third place went to Hungary’s Vince Jarmy with JB Koronaor (Keve), also clear, but two seconds slower in 41.69 seconds.
Just behind them, Frederic Vernaet placed fourth with the BWP stallion Quatre Mai-L (Corydon van T&L), clear in 42.15 seconds. Oleksandr Prodan completed the top five with a BWP-bred horse from Tom De Craene, The Lewis van Het Heidehof (Hunters Scendro), again faultless, in 35.76 seconds.
